About Bookstore Romance Day:
Bookstore Romance Day is a day designed to give independent bookstores an opportunity to celebrate Romance fiction—its books, readers, and writers—and to strengthen the relationships between bookstores and the Romance community. We are excited to celebrate Bookstore Romance Day with a special author panel hosted by local romance author Catherine Cowles with Rebecca Jenshak and A.L. Jackson. Authors will share in conversation about their books and their writing process, followed by some Q&A.
Featured at the event will be a few of the authors’ latest titles: Give Me a Reason and Love Me Today by A.L. Jackson, Wildcat and Tutoring the Player by Rebecca Jenshak, and Tattered Stars, Whispers of You, and Glimmers of You by Catherine Cowles. We will have copies on hand of these featured titles for purchase at the event.
If you would like to order any of these author’s books outside of the “featured titles” listed above, then you will need to submit the RSVP form. If you’d just like to attend the event or are only planning on purchasing one (or a few!) of the “featured titles” from above, then an RSVP is not required - though still encourages so we can know how many guests to expect! Catherine Cowles: Writer of words. Drinker of Diet Cokes. Lover of all things cute and furry, especially her dog. USA Today Bestselling Author, Catherine Cowles, has had her nose in a book since the time she could read and finally decided to write down some of her own stories. When she's not writing she can be found exploring her home state of Oregon, listening to true crime podcasts, or searching for her next book boyfriend.
Rebecca Jenshak is a new adult romance author. A Midwest native transplanted to the desert, she likes being outdoors (drinking on patios) and singing (in the shower) when she isn’t writing books about hot guys and the girls who love them.
A.L. Jackson is the New York Times & USA Today Bestselling author of contemporary romance. She writes emotional, sexy, heart-filled stories about boys who usually like to be a little bit bad.
