• We can get most books in 1-2 business days, but depending on availability, it can take two weeks or longer for a title to arrive. We will always do our best to get you your books as quickly as possible - and we will provide an ETA to you once your order has been processed.

• We process each order manually in order to ensure the best customer service possible. We’re usually pretty quick, but please allow up to 24 hours (longer on weekends) for us to process your order.

• If a title is available in paperback, we will always default to the paperback edition unless otherwise noted.

• While still ensuring quality, we will always order the most cost effective edition available.

• If you’re part of our Reader Rewards Program, we’ll apply your order to your account.

• If you would like us to contact you to confirm the details of your order before we place the order, please note this in the box below.

• If you would like your books shipped to you, we will email you an invoice through which you can pay with your credit card via Square. Once we receive payment, your books will be on their way! This keeps your info safe & secure.
